Chef’s Table – Omakase Concept

Fat Cow introduces two new menus to its Omakase category allowing more diners to enjoy the unique epicurean experience. With a total of four menus options, diners will get to select an experience of their choice depending on their preferences. The lead-in category, AKATSUKI あかつき (lunch) and OMOMUKI おもむき (Dinner) category, SUMIRE すみれ (lunch) and NAGOYAKA 和やか (Dinner) celebrated for serving only the finest Wagyu meat sourced from all over the world, Fat Cow also introduces the Wagyu Sumibiyaki to its NAGOYAKA menu where Head Chef Shigeru Kasajima will select the very best Wagyu for you to taste on your gastronomical journey.
